Commercial disclosure. ERP Guide Hub is an editorial resource. We do not present ourselves as an authorised partner, reseller or distributor of any product named on this page. We may receive commission or referral fees on products we cover, Chanjet products included. That does not buy placement, a better position in a list, a softer verdict or the removal of a limitation. Nothing here is an offer to supply any product named on this page. Any figure or feature claim still needs checking against the vendor's current documentation. Read our editorial policy for the full terms.
This page specifically. This page covers one product, so selection criteria and exclusions are narrow: the capabilities below are the ones with a vendor page behind them, and anything we could not verify is listed as unverified rather than recommended.
What it is
HaoYeCai is Chanjet's business-and-finance integrated management system for small and mid-sized companies in mainland China. Sales, purchasing, inventory, light production, projects and accounting run on one dataset, so business documents post to the ledger instead of being re-keyed. An export-trade package adds multi-currency funds, export VAT rebate tracking and multilingual trade documents.
Who it fits
Five profiles where the verified capability set matches the work — each one is a business pattern, not a marketing segment.
Exporters and foreign-trade traders
Quotes and settlements in foreign currency, rebate-oriented tracking tables, customs-declaration and invoice matching, and multilingual PI / contract / packing-list templates.
Wholesale and distribution
Purchase-to-sale-to-stock-to-cash on one chain, multi-warehouse and remote locations, mobile order entry and remote printing.
Light manufacturing
Multi-level BOM with MRP, make-to-order, subcontracting, and labour/material/overhead cost roll-up — positioned by the vendor as light production, not MES-grade scheduling.
Project and installation contractors
Project initiation and budget control, progress, subcontracting, profitability analysis and a project dashboard.
Small retail chains
Store POS, membership / points / stored value, and online-offline integration at small-chain scale.
Verified capabilities
Only capabilities with an official Chanjet source are listed. Each row states the dependency needed to switch it on and the limitation we would tell a client in the room.

Editions and module dependencies
Chanjet's official product pages reviewed on 2026-10-29 do not publish an edition breakdown (e.g. standard / professional / flagship) or per-edition user limits for HaoYeCai. Edition names, seat counts and which modules belong to which edition must be confirmed with the vendor — this site does not guess them.
Dependency pattern that holds regardless of edition: finance posting needs the operational modules switched on first, rebate tracking needs complete import invoices and customs declarations, and production costing needs BOMs and routings built before go-live.
How to get a price
Chanjet does not publish a list price or edition price table for HaoYeCai on the official product pages reviewed on 2026-10-29. Commercial terms are quoted per deal, according to enabled modules, user count and service scope (implementation, training, data migration).
This page intentionally shows no price figure. Any number you see elsewhere for this product should come with a dated official source.
When it is the wrong choice
If any of these describes you, say so early — the honest answer saves a failed implementation.
- ✕You need local statutory reporting or tax filing in countries outside mainland China — this is a PRC-standards system; use a local provider alongside it.
- ✕You need consolidated group statements across multiple legal entities.
- ✕You require an overseas data centre or on-premise deployment outside China.
- ✕You run large-scale discrete manufacturing that needs finite-capacity scheduling, workshop reporting or MES integration.
- ✕You depend on letter-of-credit or documentary-collection workflows — no evidence of support.
- ✕You sell mainly on Amazon, Shopee or other cross-border marketplaces and need native order sync.
Not claimed on this site
These appeared in our older drafts without evidence. They are listed here so nobody sells them on our behalf.
Local tax filing and statutory financial statements for overseas subsidiaries
No official evidence. Do not describe this product as multi-country tax compliant.
Group multi-entity consolidation
Consolidation is not shown on the official product pages. Not claimed.
Overseas data centre or overseas on-premise deployment
Official pages show cloud deployment only; no overseas node is evidenced.
Direct e-filing of export rebate returns to the tax authority
Vendor wording covers assistance with preparing documentation, not system-to-authority filing.
Letter of credit, documentary collection or D/P settlement management
No evidence in official material or the capability matrix.
Native connectors to Amazon, Shopee and other cross-border marketplaces
Channel integrations evidenced are domestic platforms; cross-border marketplaces are not.
Book a scoped demo
We will run the demo against your own shipment or order data — multi-currency settlement, rebate tracking sheets, BOM costing — and tell you where the product stops. If it is not the right fit, we say so and point you elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions
Does HaoYeCai handle China's export VAT rebate?
It provides rebate-oriented tracking — a rebate purchase-sales tracking sheet, an exemption-offset-refund tracking sheet, and matching of customs declarations to invoices. Chanjet describes this as assistance with preparing rebate documentation. We found no evidence of the system filing directly with the tax authority, so we do not claim end-to-end e-filing.
Is HaoYeCai a multi-country ERP?
No. It is built for mainland China: PRC accounting standards, PRC tax rules, and a cloud deployment in China. Multi-currency receivables, payables and FX revaluation are supported, which is what an exporter needs on the China side, but statutory reporting for an overseas subsidiary needs a local system or provider.
How much does HaoYeCai cost?
There is no published list price. Chanjet quotes by enabled modules, user count and service scope, so the honest answer is a scoped quote rather than a number. Treat any fixed figure you find without a dated official source as unreliable.
Can it run light manufacturing?
Yes, at light-manufacturing depth: multi-level BOM with MRP, make-to-order, subcontracting, and labour/material/overhead cost roll-up. It is not positioned for finite-capacity scheduling, workshop reporting or MES integration, so heavy discrete manufacturing should look elsewhere.
Do we still need a separate accounting system?
Not for PRC bookkeeping — business documents post to vouchers automatically and the three main statements are generated from the same dataset. You would still need something else for group consolidation or non-PRC statutory reporting.
